A tradition that settled deep in my heart as a child, was Grandma’s cheesecake on the table every Easter. A beautiful sweet and creamy dessert topped with strawberries we had picked and homemade glaze. But when grandma passed I did not have her recipe to draw from... When I married, my father-in-law encouraged me to bring a piece of my tradition to the holiday meal. I knew it had to be cheesecake. So we began trying to recreate my memories of Grandma’s cheesecake. After several attempts and tweaks, we developed The Original! Lightly sweetened graham cracker crust, with sweet and slightly tangy cheesecake...nice and thick, New York style! It has been this cheesecake recipe that has been served at countless family gatherings, church functions and parties! It has been a joy to share this decadent dessert to celebrate others. And now it is our pleasure, to create your favorite cheesecake to share at your table!
